Nisha is a former Chartered Accountant who transitioned from a 13-year corporate career to follow her passion for yoga. With over 15 years of personal practice and 4 years of teaching experience, she now supports others in managing stress, anxiety, and burnout.
Specialising in beginners’ yoga, Nisha combines breathwork, mindfulness, and a focus on alignment – shaped by her own journey with scoliosis -to help people feel confident and at ease in their bodies. She teaches both online and in-person, working with individuals and small groups.
