Meet Hayley

I’m Hayley Alexander – a yoga teacher, health coach, and wellness mentor with a passion for helping people feel strong, steady, and confident in their bodies.

My background blends health journalism, nutrigenetics, movement science, and years of practical teaching experience. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with private clients, trained teachers, supported women through life transitions, and guided students through thousands of hours on the mat.

I’m also a second-degree black belt and certified self-defense instructor. Some days I’m teaching yoga or mobility work. Other days, I’m reviewing genetic test results or leading self-protection workshops in schools and businesses.

I’m currently completing a Master’s in Integrative Health and Functional Nutrition, bringing both curiosity and care to everything I do. I believe wellness should be evidence-based and accessible. It should be grounded, flexible, and above all, real.
