Group Classes & Tailored Sessions

Yoga is at the heart of what we do, but our movement offerings go beyond downward to upward-facing dog. We offer tailored classes for beginners, pregnancy and postnatal support, and active ageing. You’ll also find sculpt, stretch & tone, functional training, Pilates, sound baths, and even women’s self-defence.

Our group classes create a supportive community environment, while tailored private or semi-private sessions provide the personal attention you need to grow in your own practice. Yoga is our specialisation, and we design classes for every stage of life – whether you’re new to the mat, navigating pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or seeking mobility and vitality as you age.

But it doesn’t end with yoga. At Mind Body Evolve, we also offer:

  • Sculpt, Stretch & Tone classes for strength and flexibility
  • Functional Training to build resilience for daily life
  • Pilates to support posture and core strength
  • Sound Bath Sessions for relaxation, breathwork, and reset
