1. Yoga for All

Yoga for All creates a welcoming space for everybody and every level. Classes blend flowing postures, mindful breathwork, and flexibility training to strengthen body and mind while meeting you exactly where you are. Beginners can build a strong foundation with supportive guidance, while more experienced practitioners are invited to deepen and refine their practice. These sessions also include safe, empowering ladies-only classes designed for women at all life stages.

Classes include:

• Yoga for All Levels – Balanced flows combining postures, flexibility work, and breathing practices for all abilities.

• Beginners Yoga – An accessible introduction to yoga foundations, including alignment, breath, and relaxation.

• Yin Yoga – A meditative, floor-based practice with long-held postures for deep release and flexibility.

• Yoga Ladies (Ladies Only) – Supportive classes tailored for women, creating a safe and empowering space to practise.
